Side-by-sides, ORVs, ATVs (collectively “ATV”) may be used on the Property. ATVs may only be operated on the Property by individuals holding a valid state driver’s license, operators and passengers must always wear a helmet, and the ATV must have a properly functioning exhaust system. Such use is limited to rocked roads only and only during daylight hours. Damage to the Property from the use of ATVs may result in the elimination of ATVs from the Property and potential termination of the License. Absolutely no motorcycles are allowed on the Property. Vehicles larger than one ton are prohibited.

Yes. However, all posted signs must be fastened to trees with aluminum nails ONLY.

Deer hunting with dogs is allowed on licensed property. All hunting activities must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations/ordinances.

Yes. All guests are required to sign an Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement form PRIOR TO accessing the leased property. A copy of this form is available on the "Getting Started" page on our website.

The renewal payment due date is June 30th every year. No exceptions.

Online Payments: Credit Cards and ACH payments. Mail in Payments: Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Money Orders. No Personal / Business Checks are accepted.
